Cus­tom Fab­ri­ca­tion Services

Trade-Mark’s Custom Fabrication group has the resources and skills required to facilitate a variety of projects, both small and large; specializing in structural steel fabrication for industrial platforms, ladders and stairs. Our tradespeople are CWB certified fitter-welders, experienced in GMAW, GTAW, FCAW/MCAW and SMAW welding techniques.  

Once a fabrication project is completed and checked for quality, it is typically painted in our modern 2,240 sq. ft. heated paint booth. We welcome paint projects from outside fabricators and manufacturers as well. If a project requires sandblasting preparation before coating, we can facilitate that as well with our on site 70 ft. x 30 ft. sandblasting booth. 

Trade-Mark's Fabrication group is certified to CSA W47.1/W47.2 as well as W186, covering qualified fabrication work using mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, as well as rebar. 

The in-house design group works very closely with our fabrication team and is comprised of experienced, highly technical tradespeople, ready to assist our customers with any of their design and fabrication requirements.
